When you schedule an appointment at House Of Hurson, you can expect a personalized and luxurious experience tailored to your unique preferences and vision for your wedding day. Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by our experienced and attentive bridal consultants, who will guide you through our beautiful selection of wedding gowns. During your appointment, you will have the opportunity to browse our curated collection of designer dresses, each carefully chosen for its quality, style, and attention to detail. Your dedicated stylist will work closely with you to understand your individual style, body shape, and wedding theme, and will assist you in finding the perfect gown that makes you feel confident and beautiful. We prioritize creating a relaxed and supportive environment, ensuring that you have the time and space to make an informed decision. We encourage you to bring a small group of loved ones to share in this special experience. Your appointment at House Of Hurson is more than just a dress fitting – it's an unforgettable and joyous celebration of your journey to "I do."

Our samples are in sizes 12 and above. Most of our samples are sizes 16-22 with a few either side of this. Our dresses can be ordered in sizes 4-32 and we are experienced to ensure you can see what your beautiful dress will look like once it is received in your closest size before your alterations have taken place.

We recommend shopping for your wedding dress 12-18 months before your big day. This allows you to be stress free placing your order knowing that it will be in store in time for your seamstress to take you for three dress fittings. Don't worry if you are already under this time frame, we have so many options with shorter lead times and our designers are amazing at assisting us with rush orders.

For your appointment we recommend bringing anything that will make you feel more comfortable. We recommend you bring your most comfortable shoes/heels. We would recommend that you bring your best underwear/shapewear, preferably nude or white in colour. Most importantly we want you to bring your best most confident self! We allow tan in store as long as it hasn't been freshly applied and has been washed at least once.

Our boutique from the main front door, into the reception and down the hall into our showroom is wheelchair accessible. The only issue may be that our toilet is upstairs and we have no lift in store. We are close-by to many other businesses, stores and restaurants where you can nip in to their fully equipped disability bathrooms easily.

Luckily we have a large, free carpark opposite our boutique where you can keep you car during your appointment. You can also park right outside on the street for one hour.

Each designer have different order lead times. While they recommend leaving 10-12 months for ordering we can request rush orders from them at a small fee so don't stress if you have under 10 months before your big day.

In store we accept all major debit and credit cards, along with cash if you prefer. We also accept bank transfers and payment links if you have chosen your dress and don't require a second visit.

We are so appreciative of the brides that travel to us and we absolutely recommend Armagh City Hotel to our brides seeking somewhere close by to stay. Armagh City is known for its breathtaking cathedral and tree lined Georgian Mall. There are so many incredible restaurants and bistros nearby for you to grab lunch and dinner.

We do not offer in house alteration services but we do work close with the countries highly recommended seamstresses and we will provide you with their contact details during your appointment. Most of our styles can be ordered with slight custom options.
